I'm using the raptors (offline Association). No roster from the 2k share. Just the default ones. I don't generally push the ball....if I end up with a steal, then I'll push. As far as the CPU, they do tend to use most of the shot clock. They're also pretty consistent as well with the high FGA. My last game, they had 110 I think.....I had 101 FGA.

The two numbers are hum/cpu, as for your friend he sounds like a typical casual 2Ker. These sliders will make it harder to be unsim and to outright dominate that way.

I've been using another slider set from this site, but it got to a point where I couldn't lose against the computer. Since I need a change of pace, I decided to give these a shot to see what kind of challenge it would give me. I downloaded a roster with the latest trades from 2KShare, plugged in the sliders, and just finished playing a game using my Knicks against the Golden St. Warriors. It was a good one.

In the first half I couldn't stop them. They shot 58% from the floor and outscored me 61-40. I didn't have a lot of hope at this point, but we kept plugging away. In the second half we turned things around and actually managed to cut the lead down to one point with a couple of minutes left in the 4th. We couldn't close the deal though and ended up losing in the end 106-99.

Igoudala was garbage and had a 1-11 shooting day, but Thompson and Curry were lighting me up with jumpers. I think I read something in the thread about not enough 3 pointers being taken by the CPU, but they shot 21 against me at a 52% clip. I'll have to play some more games to see how different teams play.

For the game, the Warriors shot 41/80 (51%) and I finished with 39/80 (48%). Melo, Smith, and Felton had great games in the losing effort. So far so good, I'll report back after I knock out some more. It felt weird to lose, it had been a while lol. I played using 11 minute quarters because I tend to score too many points on 12.

I think I finally wanna try an HOF set. Is it OK to use Real FG%? I've used it the whole year, I don't know if I could do well with Shot Stick.

You can try them, not sure how it'll turn out. The shooting success sliders would need to be tweaked more than likely.

Yeah man, these are giving me some good games. I've won two and lost two and all of the games were different. Definitely a nice little challenge and it's making me be a lot more careful with the ball because the cpu will kill you with steals if you're not. Not bad at all.
