Stamina vs Fatigue rate

Guys can you tell me the difference between those 2 sliders. Are they have influence on various things??
I want to see real rotations for CPU or maybe they are broken? F.e. Just played against Jazz, After 8 minutes of 1 quarter they subbed all their starting 5 at the same time..what the hell

I use stamina at 50 and fatigue at 55 for both CPU and user though.

Re: Stamina vs Fatigue rate

Stamina controls how much total stamina a player has, and Fatigue Rate controls how quickly that stamina gets drained. I used the same values that you do in my slider set and I think most other slider sets do as well, so there hasn't been much work done on this aspect of gameplay yet.

sounds like you have some issues with how rotation is set up. i can help you with your lineup.

if you want one for other teams you need a custom roster

Re: Stamina vs Fatigue rate

So what would happen if we had Stamina at 100 and Fatigue rate also at 100? would they still get tired? I'm wondering because I noticed that the big men always get much more tired than the small guys... and i think its a bit exaggerated... unrealistic.

Re: Stamina vs Fatigue rate

higher fatigue slider = higher energy drains
stamina slider higher = players can last longer

if you do both, i'd be interested on what happens, I suppose all player stamina ratings would max out at 99, wonder what fatigue at 99/100 would do. i would still think that they would get tired, but its kind of not necessary to do that though.

I play with 53 fatigue (hum) and 57 fatigue (cpu) with both staminas at 50 and I dont have any problems with it like that.

there is your problem. okay what i do an get great results is this.

go through an set your starting 5 minutes. take not of minutes played. ex if u are on 10 min quarters you will prolly have mo and big al at playing 30 min.

anywho what i do then is check how many minutes are left over for each position. if i have 12 minutes played for my back up pg. thats how much tinsley would get.

i notice right of the bat your minutes with each position do not match up well at all. i know you want carrol to play a lot of both sg/sf off the bench. but you can see with ur set up will not add up very well.

your post players look well distributed but your pg an sg an sf do not
