2K Camera Mode

Does anyone elses game start skipping when they change the camera mode to the 2K setting? I just want to make sure I'm not the only one getting this...

The new patches fix this issue. I had it and it was fixed.

I apologize for my newbie ignorance but can you point me in the direction of a thread that tells how or where to download a patch? I'm absolutely clueless....


I did a search but I wasn't able to find it, thanks to Joey or anyone in advance for the help there.
