What Should I Do?

I did a fantasy draft, but 2 of my 3 SG's are out. T-Mac is now day-to-day, and Mario West is 2-4 weeks. I have plenty of SF's that can play SG, but the way the subs go, it is very weird. Since I did a fantasy draft, there is no cap room and I don't want to sign a 65 rated guy for the MLE.

PG- Iverson (88), Rodriguez (73)
SG- McGrady (89), Fernandez (81), West (70)
SF- Bowen (77), Kapono (75), Walton (75)
PF- Garnett (99), Landry (79), Ely (71)
C- Noah (80), McGee (74)

Fernandez is starting now, and is doing fine (20.0 PPG), but there is no true back-up. Any tips, and I don't really want to trade anybody?

You can't just put Kapono at backup SG? Until McGrady comes back at least. Btw, you're team is getting old. All your players are like 30+ years except for a few.
