I think in game with the right user they can give you fits on offense because of the number of Iso players and possible mismatches they can cause. Gay or Mayo could do damage every night. you control your own chemistry in the game so if you know how to use them and your on. you could possible just outscore people.

I don't think this makes the Grizzlies any better in the game or real-life, Iverson shouldn't be playing for the Griz, he should be playing for a title contender but his own ego and unwillingness to "play" the game is going to tarnish his legacy as a player. He's still a good player and all but his attitude just isn't going to change and if he wanted to get a championship, I think that has gon out the window now that he's playing with them.
