Demo should be out October 1st according to Pastapadre, even though I wouldn't mind if the announcement was that the Demo will be coming out tomorrow or Wednesday...

I thought Pastapadre's article was complete speculation, but I could be wrong. I just think it would be nice to get official word and have some sort of confirmation. Sounds like we'll be getting that soon.

Sounds like they're working harder on the demo than on the retail version. I expect the demo to be better than the retail...LOL!

I think the reasoning is that people will get anxious and just buy the console versions. I don't think it works though.

Eager for the demo since it will probably determine whether I get the game or not. Haven't had a bball game since Choops 2k8. Haven't had an NBA game since 2k6.

Hey all,
Proud to announce to the community first that the NBA 2K10 demo is slated for release tomorrow on XBOX Live worldwide (gold members have exclusivity rights per MS at first, so make sure if you want it right then that you have XBOX Live gold). XBL generally updates around 2 AM PST so we're just over 12 hours away if it's a typical release.

Release on the other consoles should follow thereafter, and more news on that forthcoming. Hope you enjoy!

i REALLY hope this mean the demo will eb on ps3 on thursday, as the week after will be totally useless (but probably accurate considering how ps3 gets everything late)

Well i believe the demo has a significant importance especially due to the fact that the Nba live 10 demo is pretty addicting.
