Do all the sound events work?

Yes. 2k fixed them in the major patch that was released on 11-6-09. If they are still not working for you, delete all your game settings/profiles and start over.

How do I set up the songs on my computer?

You have to:

1. Import a song or songs to your 360; and save it/them. You have to name them yourself. You can also stream music from your PC but that seems to be hit or miss. CD ripping is guaranteed to work
2. Go into your music library on the 360 and choose to "Add song to current playlist" (whichever song(s) you'd like). Name the playlists to something you will recognize.

Now... you will be able to see your playlists while in game. You can assign a playlist to each specific event. You CAN NOT assign individual tracks, only a PLAYLIST with one track. Blame the setup of the 360 for custom sounds.
