Is anyone else having this problem? I go to the draft combine and try to upload my player but it says everytime the 2K servers are down. WTF?

Yeah they've been down man. The servers were up for a couple of hours last night, got to play some 5on5 where everyone controls a guy, very laggy games, pretty close to being unplayable.
