PSP: Is there a My Player Mode

Quick question: is there a my player mode in the PSP version of NBA 2K10?

If there is, I swear I can't find it.

My son has the game, says you can creat a player, but there's no My Player mode.

Acoording to the game's homepage, the PSP and PS2 versions don't have this mode but the Wii does have it...
