i would hate it. exclusivity sucks and it slows down the progression of sports games.

ahhh. Video game licensing... I remember how disappointed I was when EA got the license to use ESPN related broadcasting in the game because they stole something that made 2k so much more charismatic and real. I look back on it now and wonder what exactly EA did with that license.

Not that i would like this to happen (for competition reasons) but Im really surprised that no one mentioned the fact that 2k buying the NBA license will =

All star weekend with Slam dunk and probably all the other stuff

I would NOT like it, even if I never bought a company's product I can appreciate the business of competition...it's a win/win for the consumers.

I really hope the NBA never offers exclusivity to one gaming company.. As this year in my opinion Live 2010 is the better game, and thats how it works when there is competition... One company can't sit back and think that they don't HAVE to change much in the next year's iteration.

Gotta Love competition.. 2k had my undivided attention for about 9 years, now Live has it..
