Re: Dynamic Crowds
yeah I noticed that too... My D-league game before the roster update (the one that adjusted drive the lane) was slammed pack... I started MYplayer over so I could use the new rosters and My D league games have very empty seats...lol... I read at the 2k forums that this was going to be addressed in a patch.... How is 2k able to do this through a roster update?I'm tired of thinking of sigs...... -

Re: Dynamic Crowds
No, the crowds werent dynamic... NBA dleague games would be packed with fans... After the roster update a few days ago, the arenas in the dleague are now empty (realistic) during games. No one packs the house for dleague games.
If you go to the 2k forums, simballer said that this would be addressed (proper attendance at dleague... they were not supposed to be packed with fans) in the patch... But it looks like they have addressed it.I'm tired of thinking of sigs......Comment

Re: Dynamic Crowds
Interesting. I gotta check it out. Hopefully I dont have to restart my Association. I love games that have dynamic attendance. It gives a more authentic feel to it.Comment

Re: Dynamic Crowds
Same thread on the Live forum. (Funny how the OP is the same person...)
And, again, it's been stated before that the NBA does NOT allow the devs to put changing crowds in the game. Be careful making the claim that it's in there!Comment

Re: Dynamic Crowds
Just checked this in association mode...
Empty seats for lower teams = yes. It is there.
D-League games now with small crowds = YES.Comment

Re: Dynamic Crowds
Have you played Live? Empty seats are most definitely in the game.Comment

Re: Dynamic Crowds
Yes!!
just played in grizzlies stadium also and noticed that there were empty seats
not heaps, but very noticable ><
this makes me a bit happy with 2k
I have always wanted this, they used to have it in old nba 2k games.
Now they need to add one thing, the stadium slowly emptying early if the home team is getting blown out or has no chance of winning in an important gameComment

Re: Dynamic Crowds
It 's not exactly dynamic such as attendence based on overall or win-loss. I think its set to smaller attendences for certain teams just like it was set to full attendence for all teams. I started a new association with the Bobcats, and turned on force trade. First game with no trades there were empty seats like posted. Traded for LBJ, Wade, Rose, Howard, and Big Al, and simmed until I played the Lakers at home. I was 45-12 at the time I think and there were something like 43-13 too and there were just as many empty seats. So I simmed to the playoffs and it was packed. The next season goes back to full attendence for every team, every game. I don't know if anyone was actually wondering this but there you go. (Sorry for the long post.)Comment
