NBA 2K10 PATCH: Released in stores yet?

Has the actual patch been released to the CDs in store as well? Or is the patch only released over the 360 Live network?

The patch is not included with the game you purchased. You have to go online to download it. That's why it's called downloadable content. Also there is a way to do it using USB drives or something ... but since I don't do that, I wouldn't know. Sorry.

what's lame is for them to release a game that was broken. A lot of ppl don't even play games online. The patch works great for me but next year i'll wait until the game is in other OS members hands before buying because reviews don't say nothing about the game being buggy and having framerate issues.

yeh i havent bought the game yet because of it was pretty much broken. I remember last year the game had framerate issues as well when it was first released. The patch eventually came to the CD so then I bought it. Ah well, thanks anyways guys

That never happens. They don't reprint games cause of updates.

Some people dont play online because they have pirate copies..

Some modded consoles cannot be detected by MS' anti-piracy efforts.

The patch works great for me but next year i'll wait until the game is in other OS members hands before buying because reviews don't say nothing about the game being buggy and having framerate issues.

That has always been the case for this forum since around NBA LIVE 99 for PSONE.
