On a serious note,...I am actually having trouble releasing him. I chose all 30 teams for my association and it will not give me the option to trade or realease players. Somehow it randomly sitches to different teams to control at times.
I'm bout to have a headache with this!!!

You need to make the Grizzlies your focus team. Go to the Calendar screen, toggle over to Grizzlies, then head back into the Manage Roster menu.
