My Player won't sub out???

I'm trying to figure out why My Player comes off the bench into the game, but doesn't come back out. I'm playing post-patch so I don't know what the problem is. Any suggestions?

MY PLAYER AVG IS 33.7. EVERY 2 GAMES 2K GOT ME COMIN OFF DA BENCH 4 SUM DUMB REASON. SOON AS I SEE THE LINEUP I'LL QUIT THEN GET BACK ON N I'M STARTIN. I DON'T KNOW Y IT DOES DAT BUT THEY NEED TO FIX IT. MY PLAYER NEVER GOES OUT EITHER. ALSO MY PLAYER SHOULD GET ENERGY AFTER TIMEOUTS.

its because when u started it you had the substitutions set on manual so unfortunately the only way your gonna come out the game is if u foul out

my guy plays the whole game then gets subbed out with 2min left in 4th and never gets back in.
