    PS3 Question....

    I apologize in advance mods but I didn't know where to post this. I just recently purchased a new hdmi cord to replace my old one that was attached to my ps3. I was wondering what the process was for hooking it up. Do I turn off the system and simply switch the hdmi cords or is there some process that I have to do for the Ps3 to recognize the new hdmi cord?

      EAsy, no process. Its plug an play. Since your PS3 was using the hdmi feed you wont need to change anything. Your PS3 can be on while your changing hdmi cables for all it matters.

          Your PS3 doesn't really have a way of knowing which HDMI cord is plugged into it, it just knows if there's an HDMI cord plugged into it.
