couple my player questions

i for the life of me can not figure this out and it is probably very simple... i need 2 of these 3 things to happen

the game does not seem to save my coach settings of showing the plays, and auto calling offense it seems like every game i have to go in a set these before the game starts

how do i set more than 5 min quarters in my player?
OR (and i would rather do this one)
set the computer to play 5 min quarters

i'm on a 360 to my knowledge i have the 2nd patch i have changed my settings at the main menu but the quarters and coach settings do not seem to carry over to my player mode. help? thanks!

The option for quarter length is in the options menu under presentation.

As for the coach settings, I wouldn't know personally since I don't change them so don't hold me to it, but I believe one of the known problems is that they don't save. I know the default camera doesn't save since I always have to set it each game.
