How did my name get in here?....lol

I haven't had a problem with lead passes. I'm not saying a passes or two won't get in. But most of the time if a player is standing there and a pass comes in. It will get knocked down. But the reason you might have trouble is because I actually switch and rotate to each player very very fast. I tip a lot of passes. It shouldn't be perfect. The only player or big men that tip the pass every single time. Are players with high D awarness a guy like Duncan. But a guy like Dirk will let a pass by him 95% of the time.

Dont give up yet. I played a Denver Nuggets user who relied heavily on the Lead pass. It is hard to stop.

Here are 2 lead passes I disrupted:

Wow...I must be the only guy who able to stop it. Or as someone said a while back. I must have the perfect copy of NBA 2k10. What level are you guys playing on?.....Because I never ever play on anything but Hall of fame. I don't play ranked games...just because its on All star. I usually stay in the lobby and host my own games.

I'm starting to wonder what's considered "sim" by the standards of some people here. Not that I agree with those who spam lead passes, not at all, but seriously, it's getting to the point somebody will be called a cheeser just because they dunked or scored in the paint a couple of times.

The way I see it, to play "sim" is to employ real NBA strategies, and that doesn't necessarily mean scoring only 4 points in the paint over the course of an entire game.

Yes, they leave certain things in the game on purpose to keep some aspects of the game casual friendly. Right or wrong, they don't want casuals getting bored of the gameplay. It's just something you have to understand when playing ranked games.

Your best alternative is the join a "sim" league or play unranked on HOF with agreed upon rules going into the game.

lead pass is not that big of an issue for me. it's the ridiculous high percentage point in the paint issue and that damn unstoppable baseline scoring. because of that, i no longer play ranked matches.

now i just use pared's slider in a lobby player match game. it plays so much better.

Yea I had a guy in my league who got kicked out of another league. Because he fastbreak too much with the Kings (for jumpshots mind you). But he told me he could not be sucessful playing halfcourt offense with the Kings. They just won't stand up to those elite teams. Thats why I don't have rules in my league. All I ask for is sim play and sportmanship. My sliders changes are inside shot and close shot are 45. Defensive awarness is at 80 and on-ball defense is at 70 and Stamina 45. We play 9 quarter mins.

Totally agree here. That is exactly what I'm talking about.
