I played this guy online, he used the Cavs and I had the Celtics. Okay, so there's nothing wrong with that, too pretty much evenly matched teams. So basically he tried to get LeBron into the paint on every play, and it worked about 65% of the time. However I was playing some tight defense. So he fouls Marquis Daniels and the bucket counts. I get a 3-Point play. it was either the next play or the play after that one and it happens again, 3-Point play with Marquis Daniels. I'm up 25-19 in the first. So then on the next play. I'm trying to shoot a Mid-Range Jumper with KG and he fouls me again causing the ball to fly out of KG's hands. So instead of me getting to shoot my 2 Free Throws. He quits. I rated him Negative for Poor Sportsmanship. He had the balls to rate me Negative for Abuses exploits. how does he make any sense. He tried to abuse me with LeBron and failed. I used everyone to try and get buckets. Last time I checked, scoring with the open man wasn't an exploit. Can anyone explain to me how I was the one abusing exploits?

The only people who play online are cheesers. Just play a buddy or someone else from here if you don't like the cheddar. I played a guy that picked the Hawks and dunked or tried to dunk literally every possesion with Josh Smith. It was unreal. He even had the audacity to replay each dunk after."In the morning he would read the Bible with another coach. This is why I don't like to play Basketball games online (maybe once in a while when I feel generous)
Example today:
I picked the Knicks and the other user (whose name I won't expose because I don't want to violate) he picked the Hawks and the whole he game he kept scoring in the paint and doing a full court press to steal the ball when I inbound. The final score was 86-36 (a disaster of epic proportions). Then I messaged him and asked him "What's wrong with you?" then he replied back "it was a fluke the team I had didn't have any good shooters" and I replied back "Dude the Hawks are way better than the Knicks what are you talking about?!"
then I continued to spam him with my hate towards his way of playing and wasting my time...
I swear I wish I could see who's behind the controller so I can smack the controller out their hand...

I admit im not that great on this game but i already know that P.I.P is too easy so i barely do it... So im playing online today and the person im playing against beat me 75-53 but look 66 of his 75 were P.I.P and he shot no 3s and no midrange the other 9 points were and 1s. am i bad or he exposed the flaws? (if people think they read this b4 they r right. I posted this 2 weeks ago i just copy and pasted it to this tread)Comment

I enjoy beating up on these types by playing quality basketball. I actually find I can do this in 2k10 better than any previous basketball game, largely thanks to an amazing post game and vastly improved in between game (runners + LEANERS! [use them people]).Comment

Although I struggle with my mid range game online, I have faired pretty well(post patch) in ranked games thanks to more contact in the paint. 2k9 ranked games were a dunkfest online, so I'm glad 2k10 attempted to remedy the problem.
This year, cheesers are more reluctant than ever to shoot a jump shot even when the oppurtunity exist. The Laker/Cleveland users cant dominate the way they use to. As a result I've had numerous people quit as a result of not being able to dominate with Kobe and Lebron.Comment

What gets annoying though, is that evey now and then you are going to lose to vermin like this, because of the simple factthat they aretaking a huge volume of shots in a area that is fairly easy to get into.
You are just going to have those games where you lose by 2 points, because the fool is taking all of his shots from right at the rim and shooting 60% for the game.Comment

Yeah, I don't understand them at all. They could have 10 feet of space around them and still want to drive to the hole. I had a guy yesterday that attempted to go baseline the entire game. I set everyone to double team in the paint and then took LeBron and would leave people wide open to cover the baseline with him and he would try to take it baseline still instead of hitting the open man. He had built up around a 15 point lead that went away very quickly with this defense and me finally getting some rhythm on offense (Let's just say he got a heavy dose of LeBron because I was getting pissed).
In the end the score was 73-74 with him still in the lead, I had one final chance with an inbounds play with 1.6 seconds left. Of course I get a screen for LeBron and get him a decent mid-range look that he just drains. Most. Satisfying. Win. Ever.
