Presentation enhancement/mini-game idea

Probably way too late for this, but a timeout minigame could be pretty cool in NBA 2K11. Of course, this would be secondary to the coaching options and not happen every single time. But it'd be kinda fun to break up the action and allow for some silly fun.

I was thinking that during timeouts or halftime, you get the option to participate as a fan or as the mascot in some of the real things that happen from attending the games. As a fan, maybe they shoot the half-court shot or catch some of those free shirt giveaways that they throw into the stands. As a mascot, it'd be cool to do a trampoline dunk and have the exact same controls as the dunk contest. Maybe they can even throw in a cheerleader minigame like the dancing minigame in GTA Gay Tony. Ha.

I'm pretty sure I'd skip it often too, but the same can be said about a lot of the stuff in the game. How often do people play a game of 21 or three point shoot out in the NBA 2K10? I'm glad they're in there though.

It would just add authenticity and a fun distraction for anyone who wants it. And if it only randomly presented itself as playable instead of all the time, I'd definitely want to play it.

NHL 2K has the zamboni lol. So I could see this. Would be a nice break to the game.

They changed the blacktop mode though. Even the graphics are worse.

I play blacktop mode all the time with my sister. You can't compare a cut scene with a game feature...lol That doesn't make sense...lol

But again I'm not saying it would be nice. Just wouldn't lost though.

Naw, I mean when you play a 5 on 5, the players don't even have shadows...lol.
