I've played this game in and out, now I know that there are many players rated better than Curry, but have any of you ever used him or played against him? He's by far the best 3 point shooter in the game. I have used him, but the tables have been turned and now my friend keeps using him...and there's really hardly any way to stop him. Does anyone know what Defense is the best to stop 3 point shots? And settings? Thanks for any help.

he has high rating and button tap release. that alone makes him good. Put the game on HOF and play 3-2 zone if possible . All you really need to do is block his shot and get him cold. The difficulty level will take care of the rest -

Seriously, Steph is close to unstoppable on this game. He hits every jumper. I would just deny him the ball and double if he is really hurting you.Comment

warriors are one of my favorite teams to use, and he's pretty inconsistent with me. he'll be lights-out one game, and 6-21 the next. on those hot games though, i recommend not using zones. especially 1-3-1 or 3-2. the cpu does a pretty good job of sneaking him into those empty spaces in the corner.
if he's killing you in transition, turn down your crash boards slider to get back on D. if that doesnt work, do a full court trap to put some pressure on the outlet pass. if you use the trap though, you might want to turn your help defense up pretty high. if the pass is successful, there's a good chance somebody will be open. you'll want guys to step up and help.
if he's killing you in the half court by way of your defense being scrambled (pick & rolls, drive&kick, etc), i'd put my defensive pressure at about 75% and the help defense at about 50%. gives u a decent balance between respecting the movement and still trying to defend the outside shot
if he's just killing you in pure one-on-one jumpshooting situations, i'd keep the defensive pressure at about 75% and turn the help down to about 15%. focus on sticking to him, and call over a double team if u have toComment

we naturally play on the all star difficulty...lol Curry is the most dominant player in this game...There's really nothing that can stop him. My friend usually just runs around with him until he find an opening, and when he does, he'll make the shot almost every time...He's the most frustrating player to play against...He's cheap. Just get Curry, he'll put you in every game and win them.Comment
