Will we get any roster updates with the new signings and trades? Probabley not but didnt know.

No they don't, but if you go to 2k Share there are people who have posted updated rosters with all of the sign and trades and free agent signings.

Check out the NBA 2K Rosters Forum and check out some threads to see if there is anything that looks good. I would make a recommendation, but I only have a PS3 and know nothing about the 360 rosters.
