Amazon Pre-orders will we get it on 5 Oct?

I've never pre-ordered a game from Amazon before - do you think we will get the game on the 5th as they state? I selected release date delivery.

Yeah, just seems odd that it doesn't reflect it's shipped yet, hard to believe it could get to us in ONE day. I sure as heck hope so, I have a funny feeling I'm not going to feel good on the 6th, LOL.

It'll get there on release day. Amazon is top notch when it comes to shipping; I haven't had a problem with them yet.

i have amazon prime and get release date delivery on all my games. never has it not come on release date. i can pretty much 99.9% gaurantee you it will be at your doorstep oct.5th. i'll be coming home from class so when i see that package at my doorstep it will be like a kid in christmas

usually if you live really close to one of there shipping facilities it ships the day before. I bought Red Dead it shipped from Fernley NV and i live in CA it shipped monday morn and i got it around 1-2 in the afternoon on the tuesday.

Same here, both games I have pre-ordered from them have gotten here a day early even if you select regular shipping, But with post offices closed Saturday and Sunday, and it needs to get there on Monday to be there the day before, I wouldn't be surprised if it gets here on Tuesday the 5th. They haven't let me down yet and I am more psyched for 2k11 than any other game before this so let's hope they come through yet again!

this, i live in so cal and most of my stuff ships from arizona or nevada with next day shipping.

Anyways, don't worry about Amazon not making the shipping times on time. I have ordered from them since 08 and if anything, I have received shipments early than expected.
