that was a really good video. It really showed off isomotion and the foot planting idk czar but you next vid you could explain the LS pressure importance. Like how holding it in one direction vs slightly moving it. I know you should the different speed's but i think it's a really important tip. ALso czar in you next vid could you show how to use the defensive hop?
