Re: Game Style difference?
Sim makes it tougher to score and no flying in and dunking like on default.
I've only played sim pro and have found shooting percentages to be very low. Part of it is that I'm not used to the game yet. I'm pretty sure I can bring my own percentage up but more troubling is that the computer shoots a poor percentage too.
Don't know if they shoot better on all star in a way that is realistic and not unfair to the user.Comment

Re: Game Style difference?
I just played 10 minute quarters, Custom stile Pro w/ shooting sliders all on default. It was still a low-scoring game (82-72) but the FG % for both teams were in the 50s and high 40s. I wish the devs would shed some light on the difference between the game styles.Comment

Re: Game Style difference?
From my couple of games on both default and sim it seems that SIM is more like true basketball. Less crazy dunks, alley oops, pretty much everything all around.
I like sim a bit better just cause the Superstars are still dominant, but dont make ridiculous shots over and over again. Also with Sim you have to be smarter with who your players are and were there shooting from. And the one thing i like more on sim is that i feel that i actually make a contention for a shot rather on default i didnt think it mattered if i had a hand in the face or not, in default i can have 3 people in the players face and didnt think it would matter with the shot.Good Artists Copy, Great Artists Steal - PicassoComment
