Hardest free throw forms?

Im having a hard time getting Nicolas Batum's free throw shot down. He has a long release and somehow I can never time it right. Im shooting 5/19 so far in my association with him. Is there anyone in the game that gives you a particularly hard time at the line?

Chuck Hayes has to be at the top of this list. Beidrins not far behind though. And I almost forgot. Cartwright's is bad too but I adjusted pretty quick to it. Still hard though.

boozer kills me but i try counting and saying 'one-one one thousand' and it kinda helps lol

Shaq, but to be fair, his FTs should be nearly impossible to make.
