Patch Or Roster Update?

I would imagine it will be a while before we get a patch but, I was wondering if any player tendencies will be changed when they release the updated rosters (which I'm assuming they will release by the time the regular season tips off).

I'm ready to start a franchise and I'm not big on changing player tendencies or screwing with ratings. However, I would like to see some of the penetrating/scoring point guards attack and shoot more. Also, Durant needs to shoot WAY less. Dude took 47 shots the last time I played the Thunder.

Do you think the roster update will change tendencies or will we have to wait on a patch?

Sadly, 2K does not update tendencies at all. Like Jukeman said, you will have to download custom rosters in order for the game to play realistically.

So.........the guys doing these rosters are able to get players like Jennings and Wall to get to the bucket? Is it a tendency thing or is it a play call thing?

It seems every play for the Thunder is to Durant. Had he played more minutes he was on pace to shoot 60 times. And he was off. 15 for 47.

Peja Stojakovic's 3 point tendency needs to be lowered. the way it is peja takes a 3 every time he gets the ball on the perimeter. he's a great 3 point shooter, but he doesn't shoot a 3 every single time. his 3 point shooting tendency probably needs to be lowered 10 points or something from the default.
