NBA 2K11 Patch Version 1.1 Available Now, Details Included (PS3)

NBA 2K11 patch version 1.1 is available now for the PS3, check out the details.

"Hey guys,
As many of you that booted up your PS3 this morning discovered, there is a new patch for NBA 2K11. This patch is to help address a couple online stability issues exclusively and does not touch anything else. We wanted to get this out there as soon as we could to see if we could knock them out so this patch was submitted much earlier in the process than usual and greenlit for immediate release (explaining why it's not available for 360 yet).

There will be the normal "kitchen sink" patch that will deal with much of your contributed feedback to Gameplay, My Player, etc. in the usual late November / early December timeline for the 360/PS3/PC. Let me repeat that nothing was changed in the patch that went up today that you will outwardly notice except maybe improvement to overall matchmaking. Do me a favor and keep me posted on Twitter (http://www.twitter.com/Ronnie2K) how online is the next few days!

The 360 patch will hit in the coming days. I will try to get a better timeline. Thanks!

I don't know about ya'll but I just downloaded a patch. Version 1.10 files size 55mb. Currently testing it but already it seems bumping on the perimeter is toned down.

I was just wondering about this too, just loaded up the game to see that update. Wonder what it effects

I'm playing My Player at the moment and the game is still repeating the same track during time outs.

I just started up a quick match with default sliders on all star and see no difference in the bumping, but I also didn't notice an update when I loaded the game.

On the PS3, are the high socks glitch and high bank shots of the glass fixed?

Just checked it myself, they fixed NEITHER of these problems. How the hell can they release a patch almost a month after release and not fix two glaring problems on the PS3 that are absent from the 360 version?

Maybe this is a minor PS3 only patch but not "the patch" we were waiting for? Else i guess they would have announced it more, with a change list etc.

This is weird! If the obvious glitches aren't fixed what does the 55mb do?? I mean, there must be something in there, right?
