Miami Starting 5??

[BATMON]

Im kinda stuck at who to place in the starting 5 for Miami.

Im not playing as them I just want a "close" resemblence to how they will look during the season as well as maximizing the roster.

The default/updated starting 5:

Wade - PG
Miller - SG
LeBron - SF
Bosh - PF
Ilgauskas - C

My 5

Chalmers PG
Wade - SG
LeBron - SF
Bosh - PF
Anthony - C

and now im reading in these magazines that Haslem @ 5

In terms of gameplay I rather swap Bosh and Haslem/Anthony.

Do Ii have to customize the playbook so Bosh continues to get some touches and not Haslem?

Watching them/playing against them, Lebron shoots the most w/ Wade right behind in attempts.

Are u keepin Mike Miller in the rotation? Are u giving Stackhouse some minutes?

Should I wait until the NBA season starts to see how 2K structures the roster?

May have played himself into the position. He seems better suited for the team than Chalmers does anyway.

PG - Arroyo
SG - Wade
SF - James
PF - Bosh
C - Anthony (not confirmed yet)

I personally don't like this lineup as Arroyo does not stretch the floor, and Joel Anthony really does nothing for you offensively. Chalmers and Big Z/Haslem alongside Wade, James and Bosh would be more of a problem as the drive and kick out would now be more threatening. Haslem however, should not be guarding Centers.

I know it has nothing to do with starters, but they just cut Butler and Beverly today.
Just in case you guys wanted to adjust the bench too.

Arroyo isnt needed to stretch the floor w/ Wade,LeBron and Bosh who plays on the elbow and not in the paint.
The Center position isnt loaded w/ back to the basket big dudes. He can handle the Bargnani, Biendris of the L. And Bosh can swap over if the assignment is to hard.

Anthony isnt going to have to score either just put backs and play defense.
The pick and roll will be done with the stars.

Here is my starting 5 thus far and I am 12 games into my Association:


PG - Chalmers
SG - Wade
SF - Lebron
PF - Bosh
C - Anthony

I have been giving 20-24 minutes to Big Z as he is better on the boards than Anthony. Also Miller has been out for all but one game, I traded for Stackhouse yesterday as we signed him in real life. I have been using Beverly over Arroyo though as he get's the ball up the floor much quicker. When it is crunch time either Wade or Lebron runs the floor. Haslem is getting about 15-20 minutes a night for me right now and has been fine on the boards but dreadful from the field thus far. Chalmers can hit the three if wide open on a kick out and that is how I have been using him primarily. He also can distribute decent enough. I want to develop his game as he has decent potential.

In the end your right.

I just prefer to try and keep as close as possible to the League.

If a dude gets cut. I make that move. Beverly is a free agent.
