A fix for the "Loading File.." freeze

The last couple of weeks I've been getting freezes at the start-up screen every time. It would always freeze right when the screen said "Loading File..".

What I thought fixed it was deleting the NBA Today file from my HD. It would let me start the game up once after deleting that file, but the next time I would play the same freeze would come up.

A few days ago I PM'd SimBaller about this and he asked me if I had a lot of saved files specifically from 2K11. I had somewhere around 30-35, a lot of them replays. Yesterday I went through my replays and loaded them in-game to see if they were plays that I wanted to keep. As I loaded up one replay in particular, it froze as it was loading. I figured "Typical. Another freeze. Not a surprise...". But once I deleted that file, everything was good and now I can start the game up without it freezing at the start-up. *knock on wood*

I know there's people that had this same issue, so if you are I suggest going through your replays and making sure there are no "corrupt" replays that freeze when you try to load them up. If there are any, delete them and you should hopefully be all good.
