Huge problem when resigning players mid season

During my season with the mavs, I had 3 players with expiring contracts. All 3 players were willing to sign an extention. (barea butler Chandler) The problem is all 3 players were willing to accept multiple years at around 800k a year. I can maybe see that happen but probably not in the real world with Tyson since he's only rated at like 66. But how is a 30 year old 82 over wing man like Caron butler gonna sign a 4 year extension getting under 1 mil every season but the last?

Are you not happy that you can re-sign them at a discount?

      LOL, that's very true.

But anyways, if you feel it's unfair, raise the salary to what you see fit, they'll accept it.

This happened last year too. I had to stop signing guys midseason because I thought it was ridiculous. I can't beleive they didn't fix that.
