Or are they coming later? I am getting roster updates.

I'm guessing you're talking about the Player Progression page under the Living Rosters menu? According to the official forums that isn't working at all. The 2K Insider page shows up blank for me most of the time too. Will have to wait and see if they fix those things in the patch.
