How do foul sliders work? Please help.

How do they work? If you raise user sliders up, does it affect the amount of fouls that the user receives or the amount they give up? I'm really frustrated tweaking but it not giving me an actual gauge to work with.

    Thanks.
Mac: I’m saying that I did an ocular assessment of the situation, garnered that he was not a security risk and I cleared him for passage.

I have been wondering the same thing for a few weeks now. LOL.

    Thoughts anyone?

USER FOULS = the likelihood that YOUR TEAM is called for a foul
CPU FOULS = the likelihood that the CPU is called for a foul.

        Help?
You shouldn't worry about what others think of you, because if you knew how little they did, you would be insulted.
