2 quick Association Questions
hi guys. 2 questions that have been bugging me since i started my association.

1. Is there a way to turn of cpu-controlled teams sending players down to the D-League?

2. Is there a way to control all 30 teams once you have started an association? Or is it just a matter of Resigning your position and controlling 1 team at a time.
