I'm starting a brand new association, running with the original roster, may make a deadline deal at the SG position (Nick Young, JR Smith, OJ Mayo, McGrady)

one thing i never understood is my did T-Mac go to the Pistons? when he could of went to the Bulls and had a chance for a ring, and now he may get traded there, i just dont understand it.

They didn't want to give him a guaranteed contract so they can release him when ever they wanted, they also didn't know how healthy he was. Now they see he's back & they want him...so much for signing Keith Bogans -__-

I would rather chase for Jr smith since hes younger and more athletic and deadly from downtown

Nick Young is better for long term/ short term, McGrady

I think Nick Young is a better option than JR Smith. Smith is a horrible defender and always will be whereas Young shows potential and hasnt had a legit shot at a starting role yet. I value D more than offense especially if you have a star or two to carry the offensive load.

I started a Bulls Association last night and cant wait to play my first game. I simmed the first season and started with the offseason.
Dont like the core of Boozer, Noah, and Rose so I made some major changes. Melo was gonna be my centerpiece of the changes but he signed with the Warriors.

Depth chart:

PG: Rose/Bayless
SG: Ja. Crawford/R. Brewer
SF: Jeff Green/M. Pietrus/Kleiza
PF: Blake Griffin/Ibaka/J. Johnson
C: Tyson Chandler/Deandre Jordan/Mullens

Rose and Blake running the pick and roll
Probably will try to trade Jeff Green for Wilson Chandler as I dont like my SF situation right now even though it is pretty deep.

Nick Young is filthy in the game. I'm in a Wizards Association and he can drop 30+ whenever he wants. Scored 23 in a quarter with him (could have been more, but I pulled him with 4 minuted left). So basically, he is dirty from 3, mid-range, and can drive.

I think this year's bulls are pretty solid. Since you simmed 2010 you'll find plenty of good SG in FA (unlike past summer, sigh). You've changed the roster so much that you'd better restart with a fantasy draft.
I myself will wait until the end of the trade deadline (irl) to start association mode (I doubt bulls will do sth big but others team may).

The thought of having Rose, Griffin and Melo was too tempting to pass up.
I gave up alot in my attempt to get that Big 3 and it failed.
Oh well, Ill do my association the way I want. So far Im having fun with it.
Whether it screams realism or not. Im not doing a fantasy draft.

I tried this trade one time and it worked Dorrell Wright and Brendan Wright for Brewer, Gibson and 2 2nd Rounders. Dorrell Wright is cash from three and he shut down the premier 2 guards with his size (6'9)

Good trade for the warriors, besides the development of Dorrell Wright it seems OK, but he'll do just as much as James Johnson/Kyle Korver.

There's always hope lol, considering the way Deng & Gibson playing IRL i wouldnt trade them for Melo but then again those droughts the bulls go through during games, makes it tough to not wish they'd make a trade for Melo or Granger
