is there any chance for a patch to fix offensive rebounding?

i've tried fixing offensive rebounding with sliders, ratings, tendencies, but nothing happens. Ever since i couldn't fix it, i never touched this game(which was 2 months ago). Is there any chance for a patch to fix these gameplay issues or should i just trade it in for a different game??

there's no more patches...the patch for the 3D feature was the last one

I play association and I have the weirdest stats for rebounding. I use the C's and I have the highest Total Rebounds per game in the whole league at 45, but ORPG is only at 3.4, which is the lowest by 3.1. My DRPG is somewhere like 41 which is the highest. I have changed my D Rebounds sliders down, and O Rebounds up to 100 for player and 90 for AI and i'm still not getting as much as I would hope. I changed for crash boards to be 100 and it still wasn't getting anywhere.

Serge Ibaka for my team leads the league in offensive rebounds per game and Amare for my team leads the league in rebs with 14.5 with 2.7 orpg

My advice to you guys is to not make any extreme changes in the sliders because it seems like it breaks the game, my OR is at 60, and my DR slider is at 50, and my hands rating is at about 15 it causes players to drop DR sometimes

and make sure insideshot sucess is low because it gives u more OR oppurtunities
mine is at 42

I also feel like the ofensive rebounding isn't right. There's time when I'm right there for the rebound and can't get it. It seems like the reaction time is off, because i'm hitting to jump and he doesn't do anything.

OR is on the lower side compared to the NBA, but come on people.

This game is amazing. And if low OR's numbers would cause you to stop playing such a joy of a video sports game.....seek some help (being sarchastic of course).

How are you timing your rebounds? some games I can't get any, other games I am all over the off boards. I must be used to an older game because I usually jump as soon as the bad hits the rim, which is wrong and won't get you many boards. Try to jump after the ball hits the rim so you can grab it just as it starts to come down. You have to make sure you are not getting boxed out, and not holding the right trigger. You can even try the left trigger to tip the ball to yourself.

The cpu seems to grab a good number of off boards. Check out the replay when they do, maybe it will help you get an idea for the timing and positioning.

honestly, this is such a small aspect of the game...as long as i can grab 10 defensive rebounds for my player...or if my cpu teammates can grab 10 defensive boards to get a double double...i am happy as a clam...
