Lately I've gotten these ideas to make teams with a certain theme to them. My first was my own NBA all star team (with lebron, Kobe, cp3, mj, etc etc). After that I made a "young gun" team with guys who are good now, but will get better in time. After that, I made an all rookie team (remember, I'm on 2k10, using 2k11 rosters I downloaded!!). The line up for this team was chosen from a post I found online of somebody's top 10 rookies, and his 5 honorable mentions. so I've got Blake Griffin, John Wall, Evan Turner, and other top rookies. Now I'm looking for another theme, and would appreciate any ideas. I also made an NBA "legacy" team using a combination of players from the 50,60,70,80, and 90's teams. Problem is, I can't use that team in association because everyone retires after one year...anyway, any good themes for a create a team are welcome.

I once made a team of all LeBrons and I held up well against the All-Star teams. I sometimes make all-decade teams of NBA teams (so if you're Lakers you'd have Kobe, Gasol, and Shaq in the same squad)
There's also the all dunks team if you run a line up something along the lines of Rose/Wade/LeBron/Griffin/Dwight -

I created the 1991-92 Dream Team in 2K11 and also the recent Redeem Team.
Its super fun to see those two teams go at it. My friends and I love that match-up.
Those two teams are arguably the best two basketball teams EVER assembled.Comment

All-International...the best international players of all-time
Hollywood...this can be a lot of fun, but it takes work creating the models. Assemble some of your favorite actors all into one team. Schwarzeneggar at power forward, Will Smith at small forward, Martin Lawrence at point...

Make an NBA Enforcer Team. A team comprised of NBA players who played against And 1 players. Kobe was Lord of The Rings, there were others but you gotta do your homework.Comment
