When a player is ticked off and demands a trade, is there any way to improve his morale or is he gone for good? My guy is a 69 and now he's down to a 60. Barea is being a crybaby.

I upped his minutes and changed his role, and 3 games later he's still whining and his rating hasn't improved. I play a 29 game season and have about 2 or 3 games left before the deadline. I would trade his arse in a heartbeat but all the available trades aren't possible cuz of other teams' cap space. Any ideas?OH-IOComment
