    Draft order / picks

Does anyone know if the draft order is upto date. Still in first season so will Cleveland go first as the Clippers forfeited there's followed by Minnesota? Just looking at getting decent picks and would like to know. Cheers.

Your draft after season 1 is ordered based on the lottery and win-loss records of the various teams. So if Cleveland has the worst record in season 1, they have the highest chance of getting the #1 pick.

All of the teams have a first and second round pick in every year unless you manually trade them in your franchise. So for example, without trading the picks manually, Cleveland would not have 2 first rounders after season 1.

That's not entirely true because I've had seasons with Toronto having 2 lottery picks or Orlando having 1 lottery and 1 late first round pick.

He's saying that you have to make the trades yourself if you want the teams to have the same picks that they have in real life. When they update the rosters, they do NOT trade the draft picks involved in the real-life trades. So if you start an association, Cleveland will not start out with the Clipper's first round pick, but they will have Baron Davis.
        NFL: Bills
        NBA: Bucks
        MLB: Cubs
        NCAA: Syracuse
        Soccer: USMNT/DC United

Hmmm that sucks. Was hoping to have a shot at Kanter and Irving. Guess not then.
