What are the teams that we can unlock to play in Association?

I plan on rebuilding each team with legend players to balance out disparity of current league in Association mode. Can you give me those lists or at least the legends that we can have (Exclude the 15 greatest players). thanks

Can anyone confirm if there is Charles Barkley, '00 Shaq (I'm okay with using '98 Shaq though)? I can't find Barkley.
