This is exactly what I've noticed as well having played both demos quite a few times, it all comes down to preference, though for what's worth:

I'll never trust websites for this stuff. With the right settings on your tv and ps3 the graphics turn out the same. I have both systems so I would know.

this will become another console war imo.
not much gripe on the graphics except i only have few cameramen on my ps3 compared to 360's, and that Dirk and Bron little ad figures...you cant see them on a ps3 demo smmfh.
some games look the same on both consoles, like fnc and many others. 2k just cant do exactly that. 360 always gets the lead role.

They really tried their best on the 360 version. When I first played the PS3 demo, I was overjoyed at the graphics jump, then I saw the 360 version then I got a little pissed because there is a clear difference between the two versions.

But this is from the demo, so maybe we shouldn't base both full games on these.

Just turn on"full range colors"on your PS3, and there u have it: colors like xbox360 ones!

PS3 user here too. No problem on the graphics. I can always tweak em on the settings and on my TV. It's just those minor ones (lack of cameramen like what 360 version got and the crowd details, and others not worth mentioning).
I suggest 2K should have a different team working for the PS3 version games and another team to work for the 360. And both consoles will be given a fair share. All they did was port it that's why we could see the differences clearly with our naked eyes.

How many cameramen do you think it takes to make a good basketball game? Maybe the finished versions will have equal numbers of cameramen.

It doesnt matter to me as long as jaggies are reduced. Even though PS3 Madden Graphics were good enough for me.

what im trying to say is whatever we see on the 360 version should also be on the ps3 version. just to be on the equality.

While 360 is a tad crisper and defined on some objects, PS3 is more than serviceable this yr. I will actually purchase a PS3 copy with confidence this year. Only question i have is online still 30fps like 2k9 was...had 2k10-11 on 360. Second, darker doesnt equal better.

i think the final version's already out. havent you seen the guy posting a gameplay video with the knicks? he got the ps3 version. and graphics i think its looking the same like what we have in the demo and of course i noticed the cameramen lol. still not equal in numbers to what the 360 version has.

graphical details of 2k12 arent just exactly the same on both consoles and that's not fair to ps3 users.

This is not the case, I have this option checked. I've played both consoles on five professionally calibrated (monitors, HDTVs). I work in the graphics, bottom line, both are great looking games. The 360 is much more colorful than the PS3 for this game, no questions - I've verified on multiple setups. Some will prefer the toned down version of the PS3 over the oversaturated look of the 360.

The one thing I love about the PS3 is it offers DTS not just DD 5.1, though it seems as the 360 demo sounded much better IMO, especially the swishing of the nets.

people would know that by now, even when its on, still a major difference, i have both controls, tried on 3 of my different tvs, same result, game looks better on 360 because it was developed on it, and ps3 version is port, point blank and simple... by the way lensoftruth already has the full range on
