I'm a pc user, and every year I can get the game easily w/o paying. I do notice that 95% of 2k pc users are getting the game every year without paying.

Then my conscience struck my heart because the 2k devs really works hard to make this game better for us every year and we pirate users are just enjoying without thinking of their sacrifices.

EA sports in Nba live 09 and 10 did this, and this is also the right thing 2k sports should do. PC games are much easier to be pirated and cracked, yes yes.

poor 2k sports there should no pc version nxt year.

This post is absolutely ignorant...so your admitting to being a pirate and then want a company that releases to stop making it's product because of your admitting your stealing it.

Well I've purchase everyone of their games since launch! And I love the PC version better each year and so does the modnation!

Don't try to discourage or kill our fun, because you want to illegally get a product.

If you want to change the situation and you feel like they make great efforts, why not just buy it instead of pirating it.

It's a choice.

Real silly post. While you're at it, donate all your spare cash and left over food to the less fortunate people in the world because you prolly was gonna waste it anyways. Write to the city council and complain about ever single thing that's wrong with life and tell me what they say. So many people buy the game and Mod. Whether or not they pirate, 2k is still opening the market to PC gamers. All system has game's cracked you know

that's why it's a half-assed & low-cost (and extremely limited for true pc capabilities) direct port of the console version, going at half their price.

imo cutting the price isn't gonna deter piracy significantly; there should be a legitimate merit to owning a legal copy ie attractive online features or whatnot. but 2k12's gameplay alone at $20~30 is a no-brainer purchase for me.

anyway, stop trolling and go play some 2k

I feel just as disheartened when I log onto youtube to find gameplay videos and all the eye can see are links for pirated versions, but the solution is not advocating the end of the PC version (which would mean doom and gloom for thousands of Bball loving PC gamers worldwide) bot rather BUYING it and persuading friends to do the same. I know i REALLY get on a friend case if he thinks about getting it illegally.

I've been buying the PC version every year since they first started releasing them with 2K9. I have to assume lot of other folks have been doing the same or they wouldn't have kept releasing them. You can't deny people probably do pirate these games, but I'd like to think the cheaper prices of the PC versions do get a decent number of folks to buy them as well. Personally, I'm not someone who likely buying yearly updates to sports games, but charging $20-$30 for the PC version has been getting me to buy their games every year now.

I don't believe it's half-assed and low cost because 2k gets all the profits from the PC version instead of giving Sony or MS some with their console versions.

And while it does not go to the true capabilities of an outstanding PC, I've seen completely amazing work done on the PC version with mods, something we probably won't see on the current generation of consoles.

To be on topic, I'm glad this dude is banned. He should be banned by 2kSports as well.
