There is only one problem with your post, the 99 overall does not mean he is perfect in everything.

1) Since when is 99 perfect?

2) MJ was as close to a perfect basketball player (meaning he had no flaws to his game) as there was.

He was only perfect on two things: offense and defense. Other than that, he was pretty much useless.
