No, you aren't getting what we're saying. We're saying allow one player access to their own dunk package regardless of rating, NOT allow them access to all dunk packages.

All you have to do to test and prove this is to load the default roster take Rose, KG, Ellis or whoever into practice mode and you will see they haitself ve their package. Again it only changes when you edit the player.

Like LCEVO said if you want to edit players for offline use there is a edit trick you can use to give whatever player whatever package you want. Raise the rating to the number needed for the package. Change the package to what you want and then lower the rating back down. Save and exit the screen and they will have what you gave them. Now if you try to edit them again it will change itself to a package the rating will allow.
You're flat out wrong, dude. Check yourself. These guys don't have their own packages assigned to them in the default roster and can't have their packages given to them without a minimum rating.

And the latter bit of what you explain is the very definition of a bug, my friend (a programming error with a work around). Besides, what you're suggesting doesn't work.
you right what i said describes a bug. what you are saying is not a bug. its by design and just need to change your approach. i just hate when the only language people know when they dont like something or see something wrong its a BUG or GLITCH

They already do have that in place though. 2K gave all of those guys their package in the default roster. It only changes when you edit the player. Again there is a work around to give them it again if you edit the player.

That shouldn't be required. Player packages should always be associated with a player ID or name in the game. You just described a workaround, not a solution to the problem. The guys at 2K know that rosters will be edited and I'm sure they would call this either a design flaw or defect as well.

No I am not. The point you are missint is that you are changing what 2K soft coded for them when you go into edit that player. Just do like I said and load the default roster. Don't edit Rose or Ellis and go into practice mode and you will see they have their package. Again it only changes to something else when you edit the player. If you don't edit them nothing changes. This has been discussed numerous times about numerous players already.
