Laggy offline?

Why is the framerate so laggy sometimes? Especially in myplayer, I'm on 360, using broadcast cam.

Happens to me a LOT in My Player. Sometimes it goes down to a noticeable but still playable rate, sometimes it goes down to like 1 FPS...

happens to me, i play ps3 my player, makes me so lag i got a backcourt once

This has happened to me at the most 4x and each was less than 2 seconds. I do have the game installed on my hard drive which hopefully reduced the chances of it.
