The code worked first time and I had no problems but yesterday they both disappeared. Strange thing is the teams I unlocked which usually disappeared did not... Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a fix for it?

reinput the code, when they reappear, go to Save Settings, SAVE MANUALLY. -

^^ Good to know thanks. I still haven't used my code, so I'll make sure to save it manually once I input it. By the way, I always save manually anything I change. Maybe I'm old-school, but I just never trust any game to save my settings/rosters/sliders with the auto-save.My Specs:

You have to put in all your codes again any time you want to use them. Saving settings does nothing, at least for me.Comment

Not only have those teams vanished on me, but also the other 10 greatest mode games i unlocked. It still says in the bottom corner that i have won 10/15 games, but none of the teams are unlocked. Is there a fix or do i have to play all the games again?Comment

That happened to me too. I was going to replay one of the greatest games that I had already unlocked but then I canceled out and it said the 'congrats you've unlocked the X and Y teams.' So I opened/canceled out of all the other ones to unlock the rest. Try that...Comment

It has to do with the settings. I had to unlock all the classic teams three times because they kept disappearing on me. I took autosave off and I think that screwed me up so make sure you save your rosters and settings.Comment

I had the same thing happen to me. I just went back into Greatest Mode and click the Legend that's missing, then back out to the main menu and it will give you the completed icon once again.
I did this for all the Legends, as well as put in the Warriors and Kings Code. Then I saved the settings files, and save user profile as well. I think it's one of those two. Now every time I load, every team is right there.

I also think going back into the Greatest Mode causes most of the teams to disappear again. <O
