Why is it that broadcast stadium can only be used in online games and not in my player?

It can be used in most other modes, association, quick games. My player is more about giving you the feel that you're that one player on the court, from an on-court perspective, not so much about broadcast, I guess. Still, wouldn't hurt if we had the option to use that broadcast stadium in MP, what bugs me more though is that we can't use it in practice mode.
