I'm really getting sick of having young Shaq or DHoward go up
for a dunk only to get caught in one of those mid air collision animation an miss the shot. No foul no nthn. It's rediculous! Reminds me of the last NBA live

There's one animation in particular that irritates me because it triggers too often. The shooter drives into the lane and when contacted goes into this weird curved backwards shot in mid-air while nearly stiff-arming the defender. It triggers so often that I assume the 2K team doesn't have another animation motion capped for that situation/position. They need a bit more diversity in shooting animations while driving or in the paint.

The one that's gettin me is I take flight open lane, an then out of nowhere a defender initiates the contact animation. An then I miss.

How about when you dunk the ball and get fouled and the ball goes flying in the air down the court or outta bounds.

oooh animations...I got one, this was in 2k11 as well but it didn't happen as often. It's when you drive in and make a hard contact then the player falls on his back and he starts fist pumping. What makes it worse is that it's usually a no call and the other team will be running down while my player is busy fist pumping on the floor....

I'm really getting tired of these dudes with the great great handle. When they go 1 on 1 everybody turns into AI. Specifically the big men or just in general, they make me so mad.

Never had that one. In fact I've never dunked an gotten fouled period.

Oh it happens lol, it's like a knee jerk reaction, the ball will bounce 50 feet in the air, kinda like if I threw the ball of the rim hard as I could.

That's more of a tendency issue...if you're on a 360 I would recommend the Xbox 360 Mega Roster Pack from Thelorn. He just recently updated the roster so that the bigs won't be doing crossovers and iso moves.

What tendencies specifically, I'd rather implement them myself.

And No foul..I think they do not know how to make fouls in this game..going 3-5 from the line in 48 minutes is a travesty...

What's really awesome, is when a big with low ball security rating is crossing and spinning everywhere and I come in with my high 80's steal and get called for reaching every time. Not once have I been able to strip the ball from a big doing Iso moves.

yes exactly but if you try those ISO's with a top ball handler, he'll lose it. That is fact, not fiction.

Im not a fan guys being stuck in their follow throughs on jumpshots. A player will have his shot blocked and he'll keep his shooting raised with his eys towards the basket a full second or two after the ball is headed the other way on a fast break. No situation recognition at all.

Yeah the no fouls is killing me. It seems like you have to fake 1 millions times in order to draw a foul, but on plays where you are clearly fouled nothing gets called. I try to do a simple hook shot and get put in that stupid contact animation.
