How do I delete the patch cause it's just irritating now...and will I lose the Lebron 9s??..

Go to the system tab on the 360 dashboard and select memory, then select 'clear cache'. Start up 2K12 and refuse the patch update. Frame rate issues will no longer exist and Jordan's will remain.
