My Player scoring is too low.

I have never been into MyPlayer until a few days ago. I made a center and I want to build him into the likes of Dwight Howard. I have one problem though. How do know what play is being ran and how to run it? I dont see any play call message or any play art

This is definitely an issue for me. I play on Pro, sim settings, 12 min qtrs. Games I play out are typically 75-70 type scores. The problem is pretty obvious to me....there are tons of possessions where no shot is taken until the shot clock is at 1. Sometimes the AI just stands there and won't initiate the play. There's always something in these games that is glaringly wrong. First time with MP and really enjoying it until I found this issue. Wonder if it has anything to do with the roster set I'm using. It is a 2K roster from quite a while ago (whatever 2K roster was current right after latest patch). Maybe I should start over and see what happens.

You need to play with custom rosters, or at the very least custom playbooks. MyPlayer using default rosters is honestly a waste of time.

im playing it with a default roster and its fine. Both teams score average 95-100 pts a game on pro and 45%-50% fg. on 12 min quarters

There's honestly nothing "fine" about this game, in any mode, using default rosters. Everything may seem fine because you haven't experienced the game in any other way, but the game is highly flawed using 2K's rosters. In MyPlayer, you're exposed to 9 CPU controlled players on the court and that's when the rosters and playbooks are exposed to the fullest.

If you think watching PG's stand around with the ball for 10 seconds and fail to make post entry passes 50% of the time is fine, then to each his own.
