Help me stop CPu from running the same play over and over

Is there any way to stop this? The CPU passes the ball in the post to the center. He posts up for 10 seconds, and then shoots it. 100% of the time. If I double team, he passes to the open player, who shoots a wide open 3 100% of the time. How do I stop this? These guys are getting 25-30 shots per game while the rest of the team gets nothing

Center shot tendency is at 70

    Touches is at 60

    Sliders:

Look for post player cpu tendency: 55

I dont have this problem with most teams

The team is the Knicks in a retro roster. Ewing is the center. I checked all the ratings and tendencies and nothing really stands out as being out of whack. Several players have an equal touches number to ewing, and a higher shot tendency.

The runs plays coach profile is at: 50

Look for post player cpu tendency: 55

how do i make them stop burying it to ewing in the post and boring me into quitting after a few quarters?

Re: Help me stop CPu from running the same play over and over

a Knicks retro roster? which year. which team?

who are the players with the same ".touches tendency"?

what is ewings close and mid tendency in relation to his team mates? also check freelance tendencies too.

So the cpu isnt running any other plays, not getting anyone else involved but ewing?

1st of all. ewing should get the ball the most and it should be in the post. that was the knicks bread and butter.
Its up to you to stop it and force them elsewhere.

                2. Raise run plays to 100 on their coach profile. that should open up the playbook more and you should see more diversity in the plays. meaning if other players have the same or close touch tendency, they should get plays run for them. Ive done this for my superleague roster for all teams. it works.

                3. what is the inside, close, mid and 3pt coach profiles for the team?

                4. For my superleague roster I pretty much made these profiles generic so the players tendencies have more influence.
I did raise most teams "mid" to 75-100.
so try that. depending on the team. Raise mid to 75 in the coach profiles and have.
inside, close, 3pt, drive along with speed/size, big/small, skill/athleticetc, the profiles that set what the coach likes in a players all 50. keep the "look for post" profile where it was.

                All that should help.

                  .
but see thats the prob. I do stop it. Ewing will shoot like 2-10, 3-15, 4-25. They just keep doing it over and over and over. I am beating them by 30 points. Once he leaves the game briefly, they play fun like most teams. thanks i will try the things u suggested

                    His mid tendency specifically.
what is his "drive the lane" and "pull up".

fadeaways?, step backs? what are they set at?
